Resumo em português: Este artigo propõe o exercício de aproximação entre psicanálise, história e linguagem. O ato de contar algum tipo de história e as paráfrases da vida cotidiana fazem parte de construções na análise – operadores pelos quais o analista poderá levantar a história de vida do analisante. A história de vida de cada um é escrita a partir de elementos de indeterminação, ou seja, é a experiência da palavra conhecida e de que se está privado, o desamparo diante do que é contraído, a mudez no retorno de campos de guerra, o testemunho da ausência, e elementos que provém de resíduos. Em outras palavras, a história de vida não coincide conosco, de modo que podemos conhecer o seu abandono na experiência de análise(AU)
Resumo em inglês: This article proposes an exercise of approximation between psychoanalysis, history and language. The act of telling some kind of story, and the paraphrases of everyday life, are part of constructions in analysis – operators through which the psychoanalyst can survey the patient's life story. The life story of each one is written from elements of indeterminacy, that is, it is the experience of the known word and the word of which one is deprived, the helplessness in the face of what is contracted, the muteness in the return of war camps, the evidence of the absence, and elements that come from residues. In other words, the life story does not coincide with us, so that we can know its abandonment in the experience of analysis(AU)

Resumo em português: Freud criticou normas sociais, sobretudo no âmbito moral sexual. Certos conceitos freudianos, subversivos à época de sua elaboração, são ainda atualmente utilizáveis em críticas à normatividade chamada por Butler (1990), décadas mais tarde, de matriz heterossexual. Mas, não problematizando alguns enunciados, Freud reduziu a subversividade de alguns de seus construtos teóricos. Neste artigo, foram analisadas duas obras de Freud, uma de 1924 e outra de 1925, a fim de discutir enunciados relativos à conceituação dos complexos de Édipo e de castração, e com o objetivo de investigar se esses conceitos atuam como dispositivos heteronormativos. Embora a consideração de Freud como um autor diretamente essencializador do gênero consista em atitude anacronística, seus conceitos dos complexos teriam sido essencializados e uma recente mobilização acrítica de alguns de seus enunciados contribuiria para a heteronormatividade(AU)
Resumo em inglês: Freud criticized social norms, especially in the sexual moral sphere. Certain subversive Freudian concepts are still usable today in criticisms of the normativity named by Butler (1990), decades later, heterosexual matrix. But, not problematizing some of his statements, Freud reduced the subversiveness of some of his concepts. In this article, two Freudian works were analysed, one from 1924 and the other from 1925, discussing Freud's statements related to the conceptualization of the Oedipus and castration complexes, in order to investigate whether these concepts act as heteronormative devices. Although the consideration of Freud as someone who directly essentialized the gender consists of an anachronism, his concepts of complexes would have been essentialized and, then, a recent uncritical mobilization of certain Freudian statements would contribute to the heteronormativity(AU)

Resumo em português: Criatividade, diversidade e inovação são continuamente apontadas como atributos centrais de diferenciação e obtenção de vantagens comparativas às organizações do competitivo mundo contemporâneo dos negócios. Tal premissa tem induzido inúmeras organizações adotar processos internos direcionados à maior inclusão de minorias sociológicas, bem como ao desenvolvimento de políticas e práticas que favoreçam a gestão da diferença e da diversidade. Nesse contexto, este artigo tem como objetivo investigar a amostra de 7.924 profissionais indicados por suas organizações para participação em programas de educação executiva promovidos por reconhecida escola de negócios brasileiros, os quais foram submetidos, no período de 2010 a 2016, ao MBTI, instrumento desenvolvido a partir dos tipos psicológicos de Jung, para a mensuração de preferências psicológicas individuais. A expectativa consistia em verificar, ao longo do período investigado, maior diversidade de perfis, com ampliação da presença da função psíquica Intuição, como dominante ou auxiliar nos tipos psicológicos investigados. Os resultados, todavia, apontam para elevada preponderância das preferências Pensamento e Sensação, tendo os perfis Intuição e Percepção, comumente relacionados à criatividade e inovação, apresentado as mais baixas incidências, ao longo da série histórica investigada(AU)
Resumo em inglês: Creativity, diversity and innovation are continuously pointed out as central attributes of differentiation and achievement of comparative advantages for organizations in the competitive contemporary business world. This premise has oriented innumerous organizations to the induction of internal processes aimed at greater inclusion of sociological minorities, as well as the development of policies and practices that favor the management of difference and the resulting diversity. In this context, this article aims to investigate a sample of 7,924 professionals appointed by their organizations to participate in executive education programs promoted by renowned Brazilian business schools, which were subjected, in the period from 2010 to 2016, to the MBTI, an instrument developed from Jung's psychological types, to measure individual psychological preferences. The expectation was to verify, throughout the period investigated, a greater diversity of profiles, with increased presence of the psychic function Intuition, as dominant or auxiliary in the psychological types investigated. The results, however, point to a high preponderance of the preferences Thought and Sensation, with the profiles Intuition and Perception, commonly related to creativity and innovation, presenting the lowest incidences throughout the historical series investigated(AU)

Resumo em inglês: This paper aims to approach the phenomenon of contemporary fundamentalisms according to Freud's book "Group Psychology and the Analysis of the Ego" (FREUD, 1921). Based on the mass identification process pointed out by Freud, we think that certain types of identificatory behaviors seem to create a path in which a group, when fighting for an ideal or belief, denies the external reality. But it is the external reality where this same ideal or belief was forged. Or yet, it seems that the unconscious identifications gain strength in the group in such a way that that group of people regresses and fixates in the oral phase, through the child omnipotence and voracity, a kind of dream delirium and consequent denial of castration. Resumo em português: Freud já nos dizia que o ego é antes de tudo um ego corporal. Ferenczi, por sua vez, apontou que o organismo começa a pensar quando o psiquismo falha. Partindo dessa premissa, o artigo pondera sobre as tentativas do soma em se fazer ouvir, quando o indivíduo recorre ao corpo para comunicar suas dores indizíveis. De acordo com McDougall, o corpo-teatro-psicossomático atua como reflexo de uma representação sem palavras, como se o indivíduo fosse um ator desprovido de texto para a sua representação. Com base nesses e em outros referenciais teóricos (tais quais Balint, Fontes, Green, Khan, Kristeva e Winnicott) o trabalho apresenta fragmentos clínicos que buscam refletir sobre a importância de o analista se deixar levar pela comunicação sensorial, não verbal, para ter acesso à vida psíquica do paciente(AU)
Resumo em inglês: Freud told us that the ego is above all a bodily ego. Ferenczi told us that the organism begins to think when the psyche fails. Based on this premisse, the article ponders the attempts of soma to be listened, when the individual resorts to the body to communicate its unspeakable pains. According to McDougall, the body-theater-psychosomatic acts as a reflection of a wordless representation, as if the individual were an actor devoid of text for his representation. With those theoretical bases and other ones bases (such as: Balint, Fontes, Green, Khan, Kristeva and Winnicott) this paper presents clinical fragments in order to reflect on the importance of the analyst to be guided by sensorial, non-verbal communication, to get access of the psychic life of the patient(AU)

Diante do momento pandêmico atual e do aumento da procura pelo procedimento, fazemos uma reflexão sobre as situações em que a harmonização orofacial comparece como tentativa de "solução" frente a questões decorrentes de sofrimentos psíquicos e sintomas contemporâneos. Resumo em inglês: The present work aims to propose a dialogue between Dentistry and Psychoanalysis having as object of study the aesthetic procedure of orofacial harmonization and its psychic resonances. In view of the current pandemic moment and the increase in demand for the procedure, a reflection will be made in situations in which orofacial harmonization may appear as an attempt to "solution" in the face of issues arising from psychological suffering and contemporary symptoms. Between the clinical indication and the search for the idealized symmetrical image, a theoretical/clinical path will be covered, between the dentist's look and the psychoanalyst's listening in order to enable the subject who seeks the aesthetic procedure, a genuine experience of his experience(AU)

Em sua teoria, assim como nos ensinamentos de Lacan, buscamos alicerces que nos conduziram a compreender o trauma como uma atualização das primeiras marcas psíquicas no acontecimento atual. Resumo em inglês: This article aims to elucidate what causes an event to constitute a psychic trauma for one person and not for others, and what determines its overcoming. We considered traumatic moments experienced by Freud and we witnessed different psychic positions in every experience. In his theory, as in Lacan's teachings, wehave sought for theoretical foundations that have led us to understand trauma as an update of first-time psychic marks that are re-signified in the current event. The traumaticityof sexuality and language, in the singularity of the human being, have led us to consider the performance of the sexual and death drive, in which the subject may suffer the stagnation of primordial helplessness, death, or a thrust to the word, to life. And in the end, the analytical space, be it face-to-face or virtual, supported by transference, provides the subject in suffering with recognition and a name for his pain, his trauma, and who knows, the possibilityto overcome it(AU)

O ser humano se afirma e se subjetiva diante de obstáculos que são parte da existência. Em um contexto em que a máscara, além de profunda metáfora, tornou-se indumentária necessária e vital, impõe-se o pensar sobre o ser analista, o fazer clínico e o sentido da instituição psicanalítica. Resumo em inglês: The present essay proposes a reflection about the analyst, the clinic, and the psychoanalytic institution, configured from the reality imposed by the context of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, in which society sought and implemented strategies and alternative solutions in the face of the immense challenge that emerged. The human being asserts and subjectifies themselves in the face of obstacles that are part of existence. In addition to being a profound metaphor, the mask has become a vital piece of clothing, which leads to the imperative of thinking about being an analyst, the clinical practice, and the meaning of the psychoanalytic institution. In a pandemic scenario, you can't drop the mask, even though, analytically, the possibility of it falling off is healthy. Freud and contemporary authors give us theoretical support(AU)

Resumo em português: O presente trabalho tem por objetivo discutir questões do humano desde o surgimento da pandemia de coronavírus, fazer algumas relações com outras pestes que assolaram a humanidade e encontrar questões que perpassam algumas delas. São discutidos os comportamentos, as condutas e alguns pensamentos que motivam, movem e conduzem a pessoa e os que a cercam, bem como a necessária convivência com o outro, o isolamento que se opõe à excessiva exposição virtual. A um tempo, o medo da morte e o seu desejo. Os impulsos que levam o sujeito a se preservar, a expor a si mesmo e aos outros. A sensação de finitude, o respirar mortífero e a experiência fálica de tomar a vacina, de incorporar a proteção contra o vírus por meio de um vírus inativado. Injetar a morte (vírus morto) para ganhar a vida(AU)
Resumo em inglês: This paper aims to discuss human issues since the emergence of the coronavirus pandemic, make some connections with other pandemics that have plagued humanity, and find issues that permeate some of them. We will discuss the behaviors, conducts, and some thoughts that motivate, move, and lead the person and those around him/her, the necessary coexistence with the other, the isolation that opposes the enormous virtual exposure. At the same time, the fear of death and the desire for it. The impulses that lead the subject to preserve himself, to expose himself and others. Resumo em português: Neste texto, reflito sobre a função da supervisão na clínica psicanalítica, considerada um dos pilares da formação e transmissão da psicanálise, que envolve estudo teórico, análise pessoal e prática supervisionada, assim estabelecido desde a primeira geração de psicanalistas. Fundamento minhas reflexões na concepção da supervisão como um lugar do terceiro, o analista-supervisor, que intervém nos impasses oriundos da clínica do analista supervisionado. Assim, a busca pela interlocução do tratamento clínico na prática supervisionada deve proporcionar ao analista do tratamento subsídios para melhor analisar suas identificações transferenciais e contratransferenciais, a fim de refinar sua escuta do caso. Por isso, a posição do supervisor não deve ser a de um controlador superegoico, mas receptivo às demandas do analista-supervisionado(AU)
Resumo em inglês: In this text, I reflect on the role of supervision in the psychoanalytic clinic, considered as one of the pillars of the formation and transmission of psychoanalysis, which involves theoretical study, personal analysis and supervised practice, thus established since the first generation of psychoanalysts. I base my reflections on the conception of supervision as a place for the third party, the analyst-supervisor, who intervenes in the impasses arising from the supervised analyst's clinic. Thus, the search for the interlocution of clinical treatment in supervised practice should provide the treatment analyst with subsidies to better analyze their transferential and counter transferential identifications, in order to refine their listening to the case. Therefore, the supervisor's position should not be that of a superegoic controller, but rather one of receptivity to the supervised-analyst's demands(AU)

Reviewing the analyst's role as opaque, reflecting as a mirror patients' suffering, and their oscillating attention and the establishment of the possible setting, became more intensely challenging. Os relatos seriam delírios, fantasias, devaneios? Como sobreviver a 3 meses de hospitalização: 45 dias de UTI e quase 30 dias entubado? Ainda com poucas respostas e muitas perguntas, contamos com as contribuições da psicanálise na escuta clínica para reconstruir a história particular de cada um diante dos destroços deixados até agora pela pandemia e seus efeitos psíquicos. Na e pela transferência, foi possível sair do estado de angústia e desamparo, e atribuir um sentido ao que foi vivido e revivido na UTI(AU)
Resumo em inglês: We are here surviving with many scratches, reverberating the horror still in the memory of the skin. The covid-19 pandemic has summoned us and still summons us to each wave of variants of the coronavirus, to the variations of feelings that throw us into helplessness, anguish and fear. We all seem to be identified with this sequence of anguished expectations in the face of the traumatic reality we are going through. Still with few answers and many questions, we continue and count on the contributions of psychoanalysis in its clinical listening to reconstruct the particular history of each one in the face of the wreckage left so far by the pandemic and its psychic effects. And how to survive 3 months of hospitalization, with 45 days in the ICU and almost 30 days intubated? We will bring authorized clinical fragments of a post-covid patient who reported his experience that he called "parallel life" during the time he was intubated in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for patients with Covid 19, the so-called "covidário". Were the reports delusions, fantasies, daydreams? In and through the transference, it was possible to leave the state of anguish and helplessness and assign meaning to what was experienced and relived in the ICU(AU)

Resumo em português: Este artigo objetiva discutir um caso clínico da díade mãe-filho, a partir da compreensão das implicações do transgeracional e da convivência atual com a violência doméstica. A metodologia seguiu os pressupostos do estudo de caso em psicanálise, com entrevistas e observações de comportamentos dos atendimentos entre uma mãe e seu filho e o manejo da transferência. As sessões foram transcritas em uma tabela e, posteriormente, foram realizados os recortes do conteúdo de acordo com o objetivo do estudo. Foi possível identificar, a partir dos relatos e da interação mãe-filho, aspectos transgeracionais da violência, tendo em vista a história da mãe e os aspectos relativos à ausência da figura paterna. Ambos os fatores, associados à violência doméstica atual, estavam implicados na impossibilidade de oferecer à criança um ambiente favorável para seu desenvolvimento emocional. Como considerações finais, este estudo sugere ser possível adotar metodologias de intervenção na díade mãe-criança a partir da escuta qualificada nos serviços, possibilitando a entrada de um terceiro elemento que possa apoiar a díade mãe-filho no contexto da violência doméstica(AU)
Resumo em inglês: This article aims to discuss a clinical case of the mother-child dyad, from the understanding of the implications of the transgenerational and the current coexistence with domestic violence. The methodology followed the presuppositions of the case study in psychoanalysis, with interviews and observations of the behaviour of care between a mother and her child and the handling of transference. The sessions were transcribed in a table and, later, the content clippings were made according to the objective of the study. It was possible to identify, from the reports and the mother-child interaction, transgenerational aspects of violence, considering the mother's history and aspects related to the absence of the father figure. Both factors, associated with current domestic violence, were implicated in the impossibility of offering the child a favourable environment for their emotional development. As final considerations, this study suggests that it is possible to adopt intervention methodologies in the mother-child dyad from qualified listening in services, allowing the entry of a third element that can support the mother-child dyad in the context of domestic violence(AU)

Resumo em português: Thomas Ogden é um analista contemporâneo que articula pensamentos de diferentes autores em suas publicações. Nesse sentido, apresenta um equilíbrio entre tradição e inovação, propondo sínteses e diálogos com autores de base da psicanálise, como Freud, Klein, Bion e Winnicott. Neste artigo, exploramos especificamente a relação entre Ogden e Winnicott, contextualizando a maneira como o primeiro transforma a obra do segundo, em um processo de criar/encontrar. Tomando a noção de sujeito como fundamento e apoiando-se em termos exteriores ao texto original, como dialética, intersubjetividade, rêverie e terceiro analítico, Ogden sugere outro vértice de leitura dos textos winnicottianos. Este artigo propõe compreender os diálogos de Ogden e Winnicott em três eixos: (1) epistemológico, relativo ao entendimento de que o sujeito é intersubjetivamente constituído; (2) teórico-clínico, relativo à descrição conceitual do que acontece entre analisando e analista no setting psicanalítico; (3) estético, cuja ênfase é a descrição fenomenológica de como o analista é afetado pelo encontro clínico. Esses três eixos têm relação direta uns com os outros, pois a noção de sujeito intersubjetivo (eixo epistemológico) engendra uma compreensão de teoria da clínica (eixo teórico-clínico) que, por sua vez, é utilizada para interpretar as vivências específicas do analista na sessão (eixo estético)(AU)
Resumo em inglês: Thomas Ogden is a contemporary analyst who articulates the thoughts of different authors in his publications. In this sense, he presents a balance between tradition and innovation, proposing synthesis and dialogues with fundamental psychoanalytic authors, such as Freud, Klein, Bion and Winnicott. In this article, we explore the relationship between Ogden and Winnicott in particular, contextualizing the way in which the first transforms the work of the second, as a process of creating/finding. Taking the notion of subject as a foundation and relying on terms outside the original text, such as dialectics, intersubjectivity, reverie, and analytic third, Ogden suggests another reading of Winnicott’s texts. This article proposes to understand the dialogues of Ogden and Winnicott along three axes: first, an epistemological one, related to the understanding that the subject is intersubjectively constituted; secondly, a theoretical-clinical one, related to the conceptual description of what happens between analysand and analyst in the psychoanalytic setting; and finally, an aesthetic one, whose emphasis is the phenomenological description of how the analyst is affected by the clinical encounter. Resumo em português: Este artigo é uma reflexão sobre a instituição, sobre seu potencial de expressar algo que não é ela mesma, sobre viver graças a seu contrário. Com o objetivo de abstrair a coisa em si, vertem sofrimentos psíquicos. É preciso levar a própria instituição psicanalítica a uma tomada de consciência. A boa convivência é um requisito para a promoção de saúde mental em uma organização. Há um consenso teórico a partir de Freud, Klein, Winnicott, Bleger, Enriquez, Kaës, Cheptulin, Roussillon, Deleuze, Bloch, Kosik, Lebrun e Lacan no sentido de analisar o aparato psíquico organizacional e desenvolver uma práxis institucional. Qual é a coisa em si, a essência, da instituição? Por que prolifera a disfunção organizacional? Ao identificar o tipo de disfunção institucional, procuramos seu entendimento psicodinâmico. No caso de comportamento narcisista perverso, efetivamos o exercício de abstração para investigar a dinâmica organizacional que o legitima e compreender os mecanismos que o sustentam. Sintomas, silêncios, ideias inadequadas, desrespeito e sedução – o que os faz fluir? Com base nas contradições, a realidade psíquica pode manifestar conflitos, acting out ou relações tóxicas, inibindo ou expandindo o espaço de criação. O princípio da esperança envolve conjugar os saberes que emanam das instituições, viabilizando a travessia de um estado de destruição de seu capital humano para a abertura de novos caminhos, de respeito, escuta. As ideias aqui apresentadas levam-nos a concluir que tal abordagem construirá uma nova realidade humanística e civilizatória, como sonhou Freud. Quiçá, um caminho para ampliar o espaço democrático(AU)
Resumo em inglês: This work addresses the institution, its potential to express what it is not and how one endures it in spite of its contradictions. The investigation of the thing-in-itself reveals inherent psychic suffering. We instigate the need of self-awareness within the psychoanalytical institution. Adequate social coexistence is required to promote mental health within an institution. There is a theoretical alignment amongst Freud, Klein, Winnicott, Bleger, Enriquez, Kaës, Cheptulin, Roussillon, Deleuze, Bloch, Kosik, Lebrun and Lacan towards analyzing the organizational psychic apparatus and developing an institutional praxis. What is the thing-in-itself, the essence of the institution? Why does it proliferate organizational dysfunction? Upon the identification of the institutional dysfunction, we seek a psychodynamic understanding. In the scenario of a perverse-narcissist behaviour, we employ abstraction to investigate the organizational dynamics and the mechanisms that support it. Symptoms, silences, inadequate ideas, disrespect and seduction – what makes them emerge? The contradictions propitiate an environment where the psychic reality can manifest conflicts, acting out, or toxic relationships, either inhibiting or expanding the creational space. The Principle of Hope integrates the knowledge nurtured by the institutions, enabling the transition from a destructive state of human capital towards the opening of new paths of respect and listening. The thoughts hereby presented lead us to conclude that this approach will build a new humanistic and civilizatory reality, as dreamed by Freud. Perhaps a new path to broaden the democratic space(AU)

Mas que tão somente a captura e o desejo contribuíram para que minha chegada se transformasse em uma intensa e instigante estadia. Resumo em inglês: With this work, I intend to present in detail, a little of what I could learn about the place I occupied – where, in a psycho-pedagogical agreement, but with an intrinsic psychoanalytical perspective, I experienced, through unknown paths, permeated with delusions, the benefits and discontents inherent towards the possibilities of being who we are. By accepting this proposal, I make myself available as a psycho-pedagogue to occupy a role no less precious than the role of the analyst – I was not there yet. But that only capture and desire contributed to my arrival turning into an intense and exciting stay. As a guiding thread, I start from the impossibility of listening and trusting to what we could enjoy more concrete and valuable while leaning and imbued in this incitement – arduous, but with a lot of love and hope of becoming in the face of the possibility of being who we are(AU)

Esse conceito é diretamente influenciado pelas concepções winnicottianas de objetos e fenômenos transicionais, e pode elucidar algumas questões emergentes na clínica psicanalítica contemporânea com determinados sujeitos que recorrem aos atendimentos psicanalíticos e apresentam esse arranjo psíquico peculiar(AU)
Resumo em inglês: The objective of this work is to explore the concept of false self proposed by Winnicott, intertwined with the concept of spontaneous gesture and other interconnected concepts. It will also address the concept of transitional theater proposed by Joyce McDougall, which from a fragmentation that originates a false self, can also develop a “dependency potential”: in the absence of a transitional object, the I can establish a link to a transitory object that will be evoked to fulfill the “transitional” function and give the individual the feeling of feeling alive. This concept is directly influenced by Winnicottian conceptions of transitional objects and phenomena, and may elucidate some emerging issues in the contemporary psychoanalytic clinic with certain subjects who resort to psychoanalytic care and present this peculiar psychic arrangement(AU)

Resumo em português: O presente artigo discute a desconstrução das fantasias em análise e a construção da fantasia fundamental. A fantasia fundamental é da ordem do recalque primário. É o resquício da infância. A conservação de algo das primeiras experiências de satisfação movidas pelo princípio de prazer e posteriormente submetidas ao princípio de realidade. Como uma atividade mental, é uma invenção, pois carece de materialidade. Porém, é real na experiência do sujeito e, como função mental, determina a vida interna e externamente. Ela traça um caminho por onde o sujeito possa gozar. E para ilustrar a discussão, apresento um fragmento de caso clínico de um sujeito ainda em análise, pontuando a desconstrução das fantasias em direção à fantasia fundamental, que só efetuará no final da análise(AU)
Resumo em inglês: This article discusses the deconstruction of the fantasies in analysis and the construction of the fundamental fantasy. The fundamental fantasy is of the order of the primary repression; it is the remnant of childhood, conservation of something of the first experiences of satisfaction moved by the principle of pleasure and later submitted to the principle of reality. As a mental activity, it is an invention, because it lacks materiality, but it is real in the subject's experience and how mental function determines life internally and externally. It traces a path through which the subject can jouissance. And to illustrate the discussion I present a fragment of a clinical case of a subject still under analysis, punctuating the deconstruction of fantasies towards the fundamental fantasy which will only be carried out at the end of the analysis(AU)

Resumo em português: A partir da noção de inveja primária, este trabalho examina a constituição e a ação do superego invejoso, noção pouco estudada desde sua apresentação por Melanie Klein em 1957. Na clínica psicanalítica são frequentes casos que suscitam a pergunta “Onde está Eros?”, nos quais a pulsão de morte conduz à simples sobrevivência, sem realizações subjetivas e sem investimento libidinal nos objetos. Único laço forte com a não vida, o que produz extenso apagamento subjetivo. A inveja primária exacerbada promove a internalização dos restos do objeto primário atacado destrutivamente, deslancha a constituição de um ego frágil e um superego invejoso com força intensificada pelo predomínio da pulsão de morte. Com a ação dominadora que submete e tiraniza o ego, o superego invejoso destrói sorrateira e persistentemente as possibilidades de desenvolvimento egoico desde o início da vida mental. Uma submissão atravessada por intensos conflitos que encerram o sujeito no círculo vicioso da ameaça, da culpa, da autopunição e da impossibilidade de reparação(AU)
Resumo em inglês: Based on the notion of primary envy, this paper aims to examine the constitution and action of the envious superego, a notion that has been little examined since its presentation by Melanie Klein in 1957. In the psychoanalytic clinic, there are frequent cases that raise the question “Where is Eros?”, in which the death drive leads to simple survival, without subjective achievements and without libidinal investment in objects. The only strong bond being with non-life, producing extensive subjective erasure. The exacerbated primary envy promotes the internalization of the remains of the primary object destructively attacked, triggers the constitution of a fragile ego and an envious superego with strength intensified by the predominance of the death drive. Within a dominating action that subdues and tyrannizes the ego, the envious superego sneakily and persistently destroys the possibilities of ego development since the beginning of mental life. A submission crossed by intense conflicts, which enclose the subject in the vicious circle of threat, guilt, self-punishment and impossibility of reparation(AU)

Resumo em português: Neste artigo, discutimos a abordagem do tema dos afetos por Lacan em uma passagem de Televisão ([1974] 2003). Para tanto, apoiamo-nos sobretudo nas elaborações desenvolvidas por Colette Soler em seu livro Les affects lacaniens (2011) e nas considerações feitas por Jacques-Alain Miller ([1986] 2016) no texto A propósito dos afetos na experiência analítica. O percurso aqui desenvolvido compreende três etapas. Tratamos inicialmente de retomar, em linhas gerais, os fundamentos freudianos que o próprio Lacan reivindica para sua teoria dos afetos. Em seguida, discutimos a hipótese formulada por Lacan no Seminário 20: Mais, ainda acerca da relação entre o afeto, o corpo e a linguagem. Por fim, fazemos uma leitura mais detida da passagem de Televisão na qual, em oposição à tristeza, o gaio saber é evocado por Lacan sob o estatuto tríplice de saber, virtude e afeto(AU)
Resumo em inglês: In this article, we discuss Lacan’s approach on the issue of affects in a sketch of his work “Télévision” (1974). In order to address this matter, the main references we have chosen are Colette Soler’s elaborations in her book “Les affects lacaniens” (2011) and Jacques-Alain Miller’s consideration in his article “Les affects dans l’expérience analytique” (1986). Our démarche comprises three steps: a brief review of the Freudian fundaments that Lacan himself claims for his own theory of affects; a discussion of the hypothesis formulated by Lacan in his seminar Encore, concerning the relationship between affect, body and language; a closer reading on the sketch of Lacan’s “Télévision” in which the author evokes the gai savoir in opposition to sadness and under the triple status of knowledge, virtue and affect(AU)

Mas o que acontece quando se é privado dessa experiência, como agora nos casos de covid-19, em que, por causa do alto grau de contágio, as cerimônias ficaram restritas ou, pior, quando alguém de convivência íntima morre e a pessoa, por estar internada com a mesma doença, se vê excluída da despedida e do luto? Estas breves reflexões tratam do tema da morte em tempos de pandemia da covid-19 e usarão como vinheta um caso clínico. A proposta é pensar sobre o corpo de quem morre a partir da teoria de relações objetais(AU)
Resumo em inglês: Death is a catalyzing event for human anguish. Freud states that death is unrepresentable in the psyche, as it has never been experienced by the subject. The most we do is experience the death of someone we know. But what happens when you are deprived of this experience, as now in the cases of covid-19, where, because of the high degree of contagion, the ceremonies were restricted? Or worse, when someone close to one another dies and the person, who was hospitalized with the same disease, finds himself excluded from farewell and mourning? These brief reflections deal with the theme of death in times of the covid-19 pandemic and will use a clinical case as a vignette. The proposal is to think about the body of the person who dies based on object relations theory(AU)

Resumo em português: O artigo tem por objetivo estimular os leitores a uma reflexão sobre a interlocução de casos clínicos de histeria relatados por Sigmund Freud com a dor orofacial crônica na odontologia. Inicialmente revisou-se na literatura alguns conceitos preliminares que percorrem a odontologia, a psiquiatria e a psicanálise. Nosso trabalho faz uma correlação dos casos clínicos relatados por Freud em seus Estudos sobre a histeria (1893-1895), em coautoria com Josef Breuer, com os casos clínicos do Núcleo de Radiologia e Atendimento a pacientes com necessidades especiais da Policlínica Piquet Carneiro da Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade Estadual do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), com sintomatologia de dor crônica orofacial. Posteriormente, relatou-se os casos clínicos atuais encaminhados pelo Centro de Apoio Psicanalitico (CAP) do Círculo Brasileiro de Psicanálise (CBP – Seção RJ) para o consultório e que apresentaram em sua estrutura psíquica traços histéricos com conversão. Finalmente, uma conclusão de como os casos clínicos relatados por Freud, bem como os casos tratados pela clínica odontológica e os relatados pelos analisandos de nossa clínica psicanalítica podem nos falar dessa relação da histeria de conversão com a clínica odontológica. Nos casos de ausência de qualquer sinais clínicos orgânicos, o cirurgião-dentista deve pensar em encaminhar seus pacientes para um espaço psicanalítico, para a escuta de uma dor que se origina no psíquico e é convertida em uma linguagem corporal, que só o sujeito que sente pode relatar no processo de análise, ter o reconhecimento e a ressignificação dessa dor, que é singular e pertence ao sujeito que a sente(AU)
Resumo em inglês: This conclusion work aimed to encourage readers to reflect on the interlocution of clinical cases of Hysteria reported by Sigmund Freud with Chronic Orofacial Pain in Dentistry. Initially, some preliminary concepts that run through Dentistry, Psychiatry and Psychoanalysis were reviewed in the literature. Our work reported the relationship of the founder of Psychoanalysis with Dentistry, and made a correlation with the clinical cases reported by Freud in his studies on Hysteria from 1893-1895 coauthored with Josef Breuer with clinical cases from the Radiology and Patient Care Center with special needs at the Piquet Carneiro Polyclinic, Faculty of Medicine, State University of Rio de Janeiro UERJ, with symptoms of chronic orofacial pain. Subsequently, current clinical cases were reported, referred by the Psychoanalytical Support Center (CAP) of the CBP - Section RJ to the Brazilian Psychoanalysis Circle, which presented in their psychic structure hysterical traits with conversion. Finally, a conclusion of how these clinical cases reported by Freud, the cases treated by the Dental clinic and those reported by the analysands of our Psychoanalytical clinic can tell us about this relationship of Conversion Hysteria with the Dental clinic, owing to the dentist in cases of absence of any organic clinical signs, think about referring their patients to a psychoanalytic space, to listen to a Pain that originates in the psychic and is converted into a body language, which only the subject who feels can report in the analysis process, have the recognition and the resignification of this Pain, which is unique and belongs to the person who feels(AU)

Many symptoms are reported by the the patient, with numerous unsuccessful or ineffective cases. Dessa forma, realizou-se uma breve explanação teórica sobre a lenda e os aspectos simbólicos a ela inerentes para, por fim elucidá-los mediante fragmentos do filme Ele, o Boto (1987), dirigido por Walter Lima Jr. A discussão presente nesses escritos apresenta aspectos como o retorno da sexualidade arcaica presente na figura do Boto, bem como a quebra de paradigmas da moral sexual cultural ocidental. Resumo em inglês: This essay aims to present introductory reflections on the relations between sexuality and mythological, more specifically in the Amazonian enchantment of the legend of Boto. The legend in question is one of the most famous narratives of the folklore of the region. Thus, a brief theoretical explanation was made about the legend and the symbolic aspects inherent to it to, finally, hallucinate them through fragments of the film He, the Boto (1987), directed by Walter Lima Jr. The discussion present in these writings presents aspects such as the return of archaic sexuality present in the boto figure, as well as the breaking of paradigms of Western cultural sexual morals. Thus, it was evidenced the richness of contents that the analysis of mythical constructions provides to the work of investigation of subjective and cultural processes(AU)

Resumo em português: O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar uma visão psicanalítica não restrita a uma ótica clínica, em direção a uma ótica mais social. Tomou-se como eixo a obra Totem e tabu, em que Freud (1912-1913) comparou os povos primitivos com os neuróticos, bem como a intensa relação dos cerimoniais individuais com os cerimoniais coletivos. Reconhecendo a tentativa de Freud em explicar não apenas a origem da religião, mas também de onde se originaram os símbolos totêmicos sagrados e os interditos – aquelas proibições arcaicas colocadas como tabus –, este trabalho se limita a uma visão mais atual do mito totêmico associado ao capitalismo. O capitalismo tem um sistema simbólico parecido com o totemismo da sociedade tribal, ao elaborar um sistema de classificação que organiza diferenças e semelhanças entre os sujeitos e os objetos a serem consumidos na cultura contemporânea. Caso não seja respeitada essa exigência própria do capitalismo, isto é, o dever de consumir, o temor de não consumir e a sensação de exclusão do social podem direcionar o sujeito a um formato mais extremo do consumo: um impulso de consumir demasiadamente, sem haver desejo e sem saber conscientemente por que o faz. A aceleração do tempo cronológico nos dias de hoje também coloca em consumo o tempo psíquico do sujeito. Estando cindido, o Ego fica direcionado à realidade de viver pelo imediatismo, consumindo tempo/dinheiro/corpo com objetos e coisas direcionadas para além do princípio de prazer, indo em direção a um grande conflito entre pulsão de vida e pulsão de morte(AU)
Resumo em inglês: The objective of this work is to present a psychoanalytic vision that is not restricted to a clinical perspective, moving towards a more social one. Freud’s work ‘Totem and Taboo’ (1912-1913) was used as an axis, in which the author compared primitive peoples with neurotics and the intense relationship between individual ceremonies and collective ceremonies. Recognizing Freud’s attempt to explain not only the origin of religion, but where the sacred totemic symbols and interdicts originated – those archaic prohibitions placed as taboos –, this work is limited to a more current view of the totemic myth associated with capitalism. Capitalism has a symbolic system similar to the totemism of tribal society, by elaborating a classification system that organizes differences and similarities between subjects and objects to be consumed in contemporary culture. If this requirement of capitalism, that is, the duty to consume, is not respected, the fear of not consuming and the feeling of exclusion from society, can direct the subject to a more extreme form of consumption: an impulse to consume too much, without desire and without knowing consciously why you do it. The acceleration of chronological time nowadays also puts the subject’s psychic time into consumption. As the Ego is split, it is directed to the reality of living by immediacy, consuming time/money/body with objects and things directed beyond the principle of pleasure, going towards a great conflict between life drive and death drive(AU)

Resumo em português: Este relato de caso se propõe a trazer questões e reflexões iniciais em torno das potenciais implicações de uma “morte anunciada” pelo saber médico no psiquismo de uma mãe e de seu bebê. O caso foi recortado de um projeto de pesquisa mais amplo, intitulado Intervenção a Tempo em bebês e crianças com impasses no desenvolvimento psíquico, conduzido no estágio de pós-doutoramento da Dra. Isabela Santoro Campanário. Com abordagem psicanalítica, a pesquisa foi realizada em um centro de saúde da Regional Centro-Sul, em Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais. O relato aqui descrito foi produzido a partir da experiência de duas psicanalistas durante a aplicação do protocolo IRDI (Indicadores Cínicos de Risco para o Desenvolvimento infantil), em junho e outubro de 2018. O presente trabalho termina especulando, à luz da teoria psicanalítica lacaniana, como a relação mãe-bebê, neste caso específico, foi impactada pelo prenúncio de uma morte que não se concretizou(AU)
Resumo em inglês: This case report aims to bring opening questions and reflections around the potential implications of an “announced death” made by the medical knowledge over the psychism of a mother and her child. This particular case was part of a broader research project called Early Intervention among babies and children with psychological development issues, driven by Dra. Isabela Santoro Campanário post-doctorate internship. With a psychoanalytical approach, the research was conducted in a public health unit in the South-Downtown region, in the city of Belo Horizonte, state of Minas Gerais. The following description was made based on two psychoanalysis interviews, throughout the application of the IRDI protocol, between June and October of 2018. The present essay aims to speculate, through lacanian psychoanalysis theory, how the relation mother-child was affected by the announcement of a death that never happened in fact(AU)
